Through innovation and green technology, we have created a unique hotel in Copenhagen with a wealth of sustainable green solutions from the outer frame of the building to the toothbrush in the hotel room. In addition to having Northern Europe's largest solar park integrated into the hotel’s facade, we have Denmark's first groundwater-based cooling and heating system. This ensures a comfortable climate throughout the hotel without damaging the environment unnecessarily, as our energy consumption for cooling and heating, is nearly 90 percent less than other hotels in Copenhagen. In addition, we have introduced a number of measures to reduce CO2 emissions. In the daily operations of the hotel throughout, from intelligent controlling of lighting in the hotel hallways, to the use of organic produce from the local area in the hotel's Scandinavian restaurant.
